Paul assists individuals and organisations to develop their mental toughness to improve performance, behaviour and wellbeing.<br><br>\nAfter qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in Manchester, England Paul moved into executive recruitment with Michael Page International. Ron helped start the Zen Group of Western Australia and has written three books and published many articles on mindfulness and meditation.<br><br>\nHis recent book, Mind<em>Flow<\/em>, the Point of IT All, brings together mindfulness and flow in a unique way to provide a new generation of mindfulness-in-action concepts and practices. In this interview some of the key ideas of his book are discussed.<br><br>\n\nRon was a Professor of Leadership at the Graduate School of Management at the University of Western Australia.
