A selection of new or the best of SED Talk videos will be shown on the YouTube page at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u_3ayvnfspU. Many of the YouTube interviews are edited shorter versions (generally 10-20 minutes) of longer interviews, for example some are one hour. Subscribers have access to the full, longer versions.

Paul Lyons is CEO of Mental Toughness Partners in Sydney, which he created in 2017. Paul assists individuals and organisations to develop their mental toughness to improve performance, behaviour and wellbeing.
After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in Manchester, England Paul moved into executive recruitment with Michael Page International. He subsequently transferred to Sydney where he was appointed Australian Managing Director and then Asia Pacific Regional Managing Director based in Hong Kong.
He left to co-found and list Ambition on the ASX and as CEO for the next 15 years the company became a leading international recruitment firm.
Ron Cacciope, Managing director, executive coach and senior consultant with Integral Development in Perth. Ron helped start the Zen Group of Western Australia and has written three books and published many articles on mindfulness and meditation.
His recent book, MindFlow, the Point of IT All, brings together mindfulness and flow in a unique way to provide a new generation of mindfulness-in-action concepts and practices. In this interview some of the key ideas of his book are discussed.
Ron was a Professor of Leadership at the Graduate School of Management at the University of Western Australia. He is an Adjunct Professor at Curtin University’s Australian Sustainable Development Institute.
